Sonal Jain
With over three decades of experience in Human Resources and executive search, Sonal Jain began her career with a leading global investment bank and later worked with one of the Big Five consulting firms. Her early years as an HR Business Partner involved working closely with leadership teams, shaping business strategy and the people decisions that drive organisations.
In 2004, she founded Nexus HR Consultants with the belief that leadership hiring requires more than access — it requires judgement, discipline,and accountability.
Over the years, Nexus has grown into a boutique executive search firm working across India and select international markets on leadership and specialist hiring. The firm’s work is built on long-term relationships, careful evaluation and a strong sense of responsibility to both clients and candidates.
